Hyacinth Mosse uses a relational approach that is guided by collaboration, empathy and support. She offers her clients compassion and authenticity and recognizes the need for an integrative approach to overcome the complexity of human experiences. Hyacinth uses psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and integrative therapies with a direct focus on the importance of mindfulness. She encourages clients to find meaning in their life’s journey and struggles as well as find new ways to bring an improved state of health and wellness to the mind/body/spirit. Her approach operates from a person-centered focus with an emphasis on being genuine and understanding.
Although she may be a generalist when it comes to working with a variety of diverse clients and issues, she believes strongly in the mind/body/spirit connection. She guides clients towards finding healthy ways to reconnect, center, and find balance in their lives. This is especially helpful when dealing with grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma.
Hyacinth knows that a therapeutic alliance is essential. The hope within this therapeutic relationship is to create a supportive and safe space where the client feels comfortable to explore specific past and current experiences, along with uncover relationships, beliefs, and emotions at are causing tension and distress.
