Laura Kempnich, MSW, LICSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Laura received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from St. Olaf College and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Minnesota.
Laura worked extensively with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders in Minneapolis, MN in shelter and group home settings. Laura also worked with individuals and couples at a walk-in counseling center in Minneapolis, and was a co-facilitator for suicide prevention and awareness groups.
Laura’s most recent work includes servicing individuals and families through Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) at Lake Country Associates. Laura’s passion is client-centered therapy focusing on strengths, with a special interest in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and borderline personality disorders.
