Alexa Hutson, MSW, LGSW

Alexa Hutson, MSW, LGSW, is a full-time Mental Health Professional/Clinical Trainee with over seven years of experience in mental health, substance use, and social work settings. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Grand Canyon University in 2025 and provides evidence-based, client-centered therapy to clients of all ages experiencing substance use concerns, grief and loss, trauma-related symptoms, and mood disorders.

Alexa is certified in grief counseling and has specialized training in trauma therapy. She utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and believes that meaningful change occurs within a safe, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship.

With a strong foundation in both clinical and community-based work, Alexa is committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and working together to build practical coping skills, insight, and resilience that support long-term healing and growth.

In her free time, Alexa enjoys camping, hiking, curling up on the couch with a good book, and baking.
