Alyssa Clark, MSW,LGSW

Alyssa Clark, MSW, LGSW is a Mental Health Professional/ Clinical Trainee with 10 years of dedication to the mental health field. She has experience working with youth, adults, and families of all ages, genders, cultures, and diagnoses. Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work through Bemidji State University and earned her Master’s in Social Work from Walden University. She has provided mental health services in schools, homes, and outpatient programs. She is trained in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and behavior modification.

Alyssa’s approach is to focus less on diagnosis, and more on the human being sitting in front of her. Walking alongside the individual throughout their exploration and goal setting, treating therapy as a collaborative process. Alyssa’s professional goal is to show up for her clients authentically, creating a compassionate and safe space for people to find comfort within their discomfort, through an empowering, person centered, trauma informed, and strength-based perspective.

When Alyssa is not at work, she enjoys spending her time outdoors amongst nature with her family and dogs, watching and participating in sports, pretending to be a foodie, traveling, embracing opportunity, and being creative through various forms of art.
